Ford Bronco
Ford Bronco was first produced in the late sixties. As Ford‘s first SUVs it was an answer to the competition from Jeep CJ-5 and similar 4x4s.
In the late seventees the Ford Bronco was totally redesigned and became much bigger. It used a modified and shortened F-series chassis to compete with the big Chevy Blazer.

Ford Excursion
Ford Excursion came out at the turn of a new century. As a full size SUV it was classified as a heavy duty vehicle. Based upon the F-Series Super Duty pickup truck platform - it was Ford’s largest SUV during its existence. The production was short lived – probably because of too much fuel consumption.

Ford Expedition
In the late nineties Ford introduced the Expedition as a full sized SUV. The Expedition was a 4 door upgrade from the BIG Bronco.

Ford Explorer
Ford Explorer was created as the replacement for Ford Bronco II and came out in the early ninties. The Explorer is the first of its kind to be a luxury Sport Utility Vehicle - changing the buyers view of how an SUV should be.
